Their office is unresponsive and does not follow through with patient requests when follow up care is needed. Poor patient care all around.
New to Grants Pass, needed a doctor. I see why he has openings after reading about him and after trying to establish doctors in the area. Don't waste your time here folks. I have been in for my 4th and last appointment. When you take tests like for sleep apnea, cardiology or anything he never remembers sending you. Todays appointment was to hear results from a sleep study I took several weeks ago. I received the Best care from him and his staff. Could not say enough about how important it is to have a Doctor truly listen to your symptoms. Making sense of your my interpretation of what is going on my body.
I tried to like his health care.. for years. He is a really nice guy but doesn’t give full exams. And doesn’t seem to take patients seriously. Kept saying I was depressed when I am not. Kept throwing medication at me. Noticed I have a resting heart rate of 115 and says I’m just happy to see him. At age 30. Okay. Finally taking the step and saying goodbye to this doc. He is ready to retire. Doesn’t really care.
