Lack of customer service skills and people skills. I waited a week to get my car in his shop because he was very busy which I understand. I asked could he refer me to another mechanic and he said that he would do the work. I came on the day he told me to come and he turned me away and said he wouldn't be able to get to it and to bring it the next day.
