The Staff is incredible
The absolute best place to live on the outskirts of Raleigh area. Affordable living with no compromise on quality of life. The value of these homes are going to keep shooting up so get in while you can. Great schools, great stores and nice people.
The Garman team at Wendell Falls is truly stellar, we couldn’t be happier with the build/buy processes on both of our homes! Richard and the rest of the warranty team were especially great to us. Have to shout out Danica as well, who was always super helpful during the home buying experience. Couldn’t recommend a garman home enough! On top of the amazing service we’ve received, our home itself is a joy to wake up in each day.
