The Garman team at Wendell Falls is truly stellar, we couldn’t be happier with the build/buy processes on both of our homes! Richard and the rest of the warranty team were especially great to us. Have to shout out Danica as well, who was always super helpful during the home buying experience. Couldn’t recommend a garman home enough! On top of the amazing service we’ve received, our home itself is a joy to wake up in each day.
Do Not Be Fooled.. While Garman Homes makes beautiful homes, the work is subpar and they do not stand by their work. I have lived in the Wendell Falls neighborhood since 2015 in three different homes and the number of complaints I have seen posted among the residents about Garman homes are endless. They get a thrill out of voiding a warranty for the most minute reasons simply because there is some fine print somewhere in the agreement you must sign when buying their homes. One of the worst builder I have ever came across. They try to do whatever they can to void your warranty. We got a house and installed EV charger. We had city inspection done and it passed. After 2 months, our main circuit breaker started tripping (not the one we installed), they said our warranty is voided because we installed a new circuit breaker. If you have EV, DO NOT buy their house. They have horrible after sales service and warranty. PLEASE avoid them if you can . We had horrible experience with these guys. They dono... read more
