Horrible. I originally got a referral for her last year from my pcp. I was told I needed a letter from my psychiatrist or therapist stating I aas under their care. I got my therapist to send it last week. I called today to see if they received it and they told me they did, but the provider “rejected your consult.” I asked why and they said they weren’t given a reason. I recently referred one of my patients to Dr. Kozlow, and I must say that was the biggest mistake I have ever made. This provider, who took the Hippocratic Oath, denied my patient services based upon being transgender. When we contacted their office for further clarification, we were met with severe resentment, coldness, and disdain. Due to that, we have blacklisted this practice from seeing any of our patients. I've seen Dr Koslow for over a year now. After years of struggling with several different endocrine issues, she put two and two together, drew a huge blood panel and discovered that I had panhypopituitarism. Basically, it means that my pituitary does not make or function to make the necessary hormones that run all the different aspects of our bodies.
