I received from the receptionist that i was dropped from her and to deal with my PCP. She kept insisting on insulin. My granfather died after his insulin shot, my brother went into coma after insulin shot. Our family doctor told my mother that my sister and I should be careful if we ever developed type 2 diabetes which ran in family. So i refused it. Dr Koslow is wonderful. She is very knowledgeable, professional and thoroughly articulates the best plan of care. She is very proactive and her staff are courteous and friendly. I am making great medical progress under her direction. I have been an RN for 40 years and trust her implicitly. Don’t let a few disgruntled people prevent you from receiving great medical care.
Horrible. I originally got a referral for her last year from my pcp. I was told I needed a letter from my psychiatrist or therapist stating I aas under their care. I got my therapist to send it last week. I called today to see if they received it and they told me they did, but the provider “rejected your consult.” I asked why and they said they weren’t given a reason. I recently referred one of my patients to Dr. Kozlow, and I must say that was the biggest mistake I have ever made. This provider, who took the Hippocratic Oath, denied my patient services based upon being transgender. When we contacted their office for further clarification, we were met with severe resentment, coldness, and disdain. Due to that, we have blacklisted this practice from seeing any of our patients.
