I helped my father change his PCP to Dr. Chung. After a trip to the E.R. we really needed to have him seen as it was encouraged by the E.R. Dr. I spoke with Ana and explained my father's situation. She was so very helpful on getting my father input into their system, emailed me the new patient packet, and explained what was needed so my father could be seen asap.
