We have tried making contact via phone and email, and have not received a response. We were stuck with an unfortunate safety situation that was beyond our control due to the severe flooding, and we would love for someone to help us problem solve, but no one from the symphony seems to answer the phone, respond to voicemail, or reply to emails. It's very disheartening. We would really appreciate some contact/ help, please and would love to change this review to a positive one.
