Company is under new management. Dave and Laura are so much more helpful that previous owner. Great service and incredibly attentive team. Cant recommend enough.
Ordered our windows through Wenatchee Valley Glass and had a great experience. With COVID slowing down supplies and making things difficult, WVG made the extra effort to make sure our order was right. Jessica and the crew are super helpful. Definitely recommend them!
I Called Chelan glass, talked with Mica, My window needed to be replaced They did come out measure it and install the new window in a reasonable amount of time.But it was measured the insert wrong. Said they would fix it. It's been 4 months now Mica just says we will call you and because of Covid it may be not until October, But when other customers call Mica gives them lead time 4-9 weeks and will be installed in 1 week.
