They are very disrespectful of your time. We were there for 2 hours for a regular eye exam. Ordered glasses that my kid couldn't see out of then had to get a reexamination for the doctor to tell us he wrote the original prescription down wrong. The re-exam was supposed to take 20 minutes and lasted over an hour. Between appointments and ordering of glasses twice, it took over a month for my kid to actually get his glasses to see correctly. We are never going back!

This is about the hearing aid center at the ear and eye clinic in wenatchee, WA. All they care about is the bottom line. Money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't give a damn about seniors that lives on a budget. You should go to Wenatchee valley clinic more caring and willing to help people.
