I've got hair in my clean towel.🤮🫨When I took a shower, my daughter was laying in the bed then she found hair lice like multiple then, she brought one to the bathroom. So I could take a picture of it, in room 310. I checked her head and she didn't have anymore. Then we move to 308 and there was more hair lice in the bed like multiple And my mom, my daughter, & I physically witnessed this and this staff is calling me a Liar. Excellent hotel very clean and quiet very good breakfast. Receptionist Nick attended us super friendly and friendly, we had a wonderful time definitely recommending this hotel.
Nick at the front desk is AWESOME. He's very professional and friendly and takes a genuine interest in his guests. We were on some weird time constraints because of a music festival and the entire staff was really accommodating to us and made us feel like friend. We will DEFINITELY stay here whenever we're in Wenatchee. Know before you go : there's no elevator to the 3rd floor, but the 1st and 2nd are easily accessible to all from the parking lot. :)
