Great family own business. They stand by their work. Very polite and communicative. And were the only ones willing to come all the way to Leavenworth to remove an HVAC system. I would recommend them to anybody with no question

Knowledgeable, honest. Ricky took the time to troubleshoot and find the issue before starting to replace parts. We have had issues with our unit since we got our place, the whole system had been replaced just before we bought the house. We have had another company come out and look at it several times. When they wanted to start replacing expensive parts thats when I thought about getting another opinion. Im convinced the issue had always been with the breaker in the main panel, which Ricky found. Service was excellent. I'm a long distance landlord and our wonderful tenants had the AC go out on them during a heat streak. Wenatchee Heating & Cooling communicated with both us and our tenants and kept us informed of what was going on. They fixed the problem and the tenants said they were great at their place. It was truly a pleasure to work with them! HIGHLY recommend! :)
