I’ve had Wenatchee Electric install Tesla chargers at two different homes, and both experiences were fantastic. Their communication is excellent, and they’re always a pleasure to work with. They’ve streamlined everything, including their electronic invoicing, to make the entire process as effortless as possible for the customer. I was at Winco Foods this morning around 9 AM, and there was a woman driving a newer silver GMC Denali SUV with your logos on both sides. She tried to park in the handicapped space and then realized that is was handicapped and reversed out and came within an inch of striking an elderly couple's shopping cart. The elderly woman started clutching her chest as if she was about to have a heart attack. Jordan and John were fantastic! My project was challenging and required some very creative problem solving to remove my old wiring and run new through the existing conduit to get my domestic water system functioning again. They found a way to get it done, upgraded all of my old cobbled together system so everything is new, up to code, and functioning properly. I couldn’t be more impressed with their work and their work ethic.
I phoned a week ago, left VM, explained need for service for a house under construction. No response. Can't rate technical services, but customer service didn't meet my expectations.
Very responsive and helpful. Patient and knowledgeable. Haven’t done the work yet but happy to get a call back with quick quote and pleasant people. Never even got a call back from other electrician companies despite several calls. UPDATE: company did good work and price was expensive but probably in line with other electrical outfits. They did good work and were responsive when I had an issue. They were also helpful when I asked questions about the service install process. Recommended.
