No communication to customers and pretty bad customer service in general. If you're going to be closed during normal operating hours, you should at the very least have a sign on your door. Also why would you threaten a "storage fee" for someone who can't pick up their bike after only 2 days, especially when you've decided to close early and not tell your customers you're closing early?
