They sit on their iPhones all day but when I call nobody picks up the phone getting paid doing nothing.
I waited for 3 months to get in as a new patient, on 11/11/25 I saw doctor Wu Wen, he spent about 10 min with me, he looked at my papers and told me I need a biopsy to verify my thyroid nodes, and someone will call me to schedule a procedure. I called the office on 12/02 to speak with his assistant Linda, left message, called again on 12/3, 12/8, until today 12/14, I haven’t received any call or email about the follow up. Totally enjoyed my visit with Dr. Wen. He’s very patient kind and thorough. Has a little jokester inside of him. Completely felt confident. Love his Nurse Ami as well. What a hoot. Hate to say I enjoyed going to the doctor but I think I really did enjoy it.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Wen for somewhere around 10 years. After only having poor experiences with endo’s previously, I was surprised to see him listen when I shared what I was struggling with and take immediate action to help me reach my goals. He and his nursing staff have always gone to bat for me when I find myself getting pushed around by insurance, etc. Over and over, they’ve gone the extra mile. Terrible evaluation process. No hands on what so ever. He went by my primary doctors old tests that were over 1 year old, and immediately insisted I was/am fine. When I tried to explain my symptoms he would repeatedly interrupt me and cut me off from speaking, to the point he suddenly had this angered, mean hateful stare looking at me. This made me feel completely intimidated, surprised, I felt helpless, and this upset me, and I asked him, are you mad at me? His lacidasal behavior literally caused me to cry.
