Awful experience! They keep canceling my appointments on me! and on my rescheduled appointment no one called me to tell me they canceled my appointment again! I even made sure that my appointment was still good, checking my voicemail prior to going. The receptionist could care less about how frustrated I was. Not bothering rescheduling with this unprofessional place! Whoever my doctor was supposed to be can go kick rocks!

Poor client services. Probably a result of poor office management. You can never get through to talk to anyone, and if you left a message it's usually not returned. Had to call Poughkeepsie to change an appointment. Took the office a month to reapprove workmans comp therapy treatments. Also, client services don't seem very friendly or happy.
I have had chronic knee pain and was in an acute pain state. I called around and went to the first Orthodedic practice that could take me. The Physician Assistant (at O.A.D.) a legitimate and highly trained professional saw and treated me. I left the office in much better shape and out of pain. 4 months later when I returned again the staff remembered me, found my file readily, and hooked me up again with Dennis. AND again I was taken care of perfectly. My experiences both times all around were excellent.
Ever dealt with a practice so idiotic you simply could not believe it? When I tried to make an appointment at Orthopedic Associates, I was told the sports orthopedist could only see me for one body part, although five are bothering me, likely interrelated. However, the receptionist told me I could see a pain-management doctor for all five body parts. one of the most arrogant, dismissive doctors I have had the misfortune of meeting. he made a diagnosis without even examining me. he stood by the exam room door and kept checking his watch. it's a good thing I found another orthopedic ankle specialist. I've since heard that he had caused more harm that he has fixed. don't go to him, or OADC.
