Yao yelled at me, was aggressive, condescending, disrespectful. Did not provide me professional medical care. Told me 'your eye is very sick, I don't think I can help you'. I asked for a referral, she said to me 'there are plenty of doctors in the network, you can find one on your own'. She lied in my medical records. I filed a complaint, then she went back in my medical records and changed her original notes. I have been receiving the run around from Montefiore for months trying to get an audit trail of my medical records, ... read more

Worst Dr. experience I’ve had to date. The office is unorganized. If you plan to come here, at least carve out 4 hours of your day for a procedure that should take max 45 minutes. This doctor was also not pleasant - I felt like after waiting 4 hours for her, she couldn’t grace me with a solid 5 minutes of her time.
The staff makes you feel like they don’t even want to be there. I’m so tired o telling staff about ptsd and anxiety for this doctor to speak to me like I don’t have a chance makes me feel like maybe I don’t need her for my eye care bc yes your touching my body I have the right to be nervous but to be counted out yeah trust doctors needs more sensitivity training
