The receptionist has the personality of a bobcat. If you're military/retired AVOID AVOID AVOID! Tricare had a glitch and was quickly fixed. She pops off to my wife as rude as possible and refused to help her.
I was referred by my PCP in here (Only because it is close to where i live), And when they called me from Dr. Chen office the informed me that the closest appointment in 4 months, and when the day of my appointment came, the doctor saw me for 4 minutes and she said that she will refer me to do MRI, No one contacted me regarding that.
