If I could rate a negative for this company I would! Dual fuel generator wouldn't start upon receipt wouldn't Starr. They sent new parts. Still won't start! Upon cranking to start... the whole started smoking. Company at first would not take back, did not pay for shipping return. This could've burnt my house down!!! BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Poor customer support
Not sure why I see so many recommendations of this brand over other companies. I sent simple questions about generators to both Pulsar and Wen. Received an answer within one day from Pulsar. Never heard back from Wen. Good luck if you have an actual issue with the Wen.
There's absolutely no support.No replies to emails or Instagram or Facebook. They don't answer the phone either. Stay away!
