I brought my father to weMED on June 5, 2025, for a hair analysis and was told results would take about 2–3 weeks. After waiting well beyond that timeframe with no updates, I followed up via email on June 27. I was told the results hadn’t come in yet, and when I asked for an estimated date, I never got a reply.
