Terrible service in reception - incompetent when it came to billing me and my poor dogs experience - I told them my dog was taking heart medication and the lovely veterinarian said she was ok to go under anaesthetic to get an easy procedure done. Day of - was told to fast my dog before dropping her off in the morning. They then call me in the late afternoon that they’re not doing the procedure because of her heart. WHICH I TOLD THEM ABOUT. Great service, easy to book an appointment, staff were kind and friendly, easy to see they really care for their clients. Thanks for looking after our Abby.
Wembley Vet has gone above and beyond when looking after my dog Henry. I’ve taken him there on and and off, and despite living south of the river I travel there for anything I need now. They are professional and caring, genuine and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. One of the nurses even put a little love heart on Henry’s bandage!
