I was super nervous about going to the mechanics by myself especially as a female for the first time and I have to say i’ve never felt so respected and safe with mechanics before. Everyone working there was so friendly and respectful to me the entire time. Ross was super friendly & helpful when we needed our clutch replacing, his communication was great, he explained everything to us & never made us feel deceived, especially as 2 young females. He gave us a great price compared to other garages & even gave us a loan car whilst we were waiting for ours to be fixed, the service was also really quick!
Excellent customer service, always has been. Staff in the petrol station side are nice and sympathetic and the garage does great work and has just helped me out in an emergency even though it’s almost home time. Another garage fobbed me off. Thanks Wembley service centre. They are always an hive of activity and there’s a reason for that.

Great experience every time I take my car in for a service or repair. They provide total transparency, always take the time to explain everything in detail and don't try and sell me unnecessary parts or repairs. Great pricing, quick turnaround and would definitely recommend!
