Ross is friendly polite and most importantly seems honest. He prices fairly and when he has recommended work on the car, it rings true with my experience of the car. An example of this is when he suggested to change the battery as it failed, I have had a little trouble starting it over the last few weeks but didn’t think anything of it when I dropped it off for a service and didn’t mention it to him.
