My endocrinologist prescribed me Testogel. TESTOGEL. But no. Had to renew my script and got ANDROFEME. A damn cream, NOT the gel the endo prescribed. Pay attention to your patients. As well as that blunder, waited newr an hour for my appointment. 11:10 IS NOT 12:00 or beyond
Terrible doctors office lack of care for patients they are a bunch of money hungry doctors receptionists are pretty rude and don’t answer the phone a lot of the time
The most vulgar and disgusting receptionist I've ever spoken too, doesn't help with any concerns regarding urgently needing medical scripts and fixing mistakes made by the doctors, then will tell you to call back tomorrow because the doctors on holidays . Very rude and unprofessional. Go anywhere else but here
