I have been a patient at Bournemouth Medical for nearly 25 Years. Dr Susan and Dr Karen and Dr Howard Yip are all extremely caring and thorough. I also have to note the reception staff who are always friendly and very helpful which is very rare for a doctors surgery.
We can't speak highly enough of the care and advise that all our family have received over the last 12 years at this practice. We are so grateful and extremely fortunate that we have Dr Yip and Dr Petterson keeping our family healthy.
The service from the ladies at the front desk is terrible, especially when you need to speak over the phone — they are hostile and hang up on you while you’re still talking. I used to overlook the poor treatment because the doctor did an excellent job. But that ended today. This clinic has no commitment to its patients. How can they say they’re open until 5:30pm, yet when you arrive at 5:10pm, the doors are already shut in your face? Why provide such incorrect information?! This place does not deserve loyal patients!
Dr Viktor Ko is amazing. Takes a bit longer, however that is due to how detailed he is. Our entire family is enjoying him.
