The front desk team is not helpful at all. They provide inconsistent and outdated information. The doctor charged me for two appointments in less than a week and gave me a referral to a doctor whose registration is suspended. When I asked them to fix the referral, they told me I would have to book and pay for another appointment. This is completely unacceptable.
I have been a patient at Bournemouth Medical for nearly 25 Years. Dr Susan and Dr Karen and Dr Howard Yip are all extremely caring and thorough. I also have to note the reception staff who are always friendly and very helpful which is very rare for a doctors surgery.
