called and made a booking about 2 weeks prior and when i got there they said i wasn’t in the system. Horrible service. the lady at the front did not try and help me in anyway. Just said i wasn’t in the system and that’s that.She did not even offer to book me in at a later date and suggested i had got the place wrong when in actuality she just stuffed up trying to out me in the system.
Shout out to the one person who tried to help us he has short black hair. but whoever the bald and I think South African accent was you were so incredibly rude to a both us who were only asking if someone could look at our windshield wipers as it was bucketing down rain and our wipers stopped working all of a sudden with an extremely long drive ahead of us but also you were rude to your coworker who was doing what he could to help us and put our minds at ease. Have used their service for almost 10 years. Initially only my CRV, now my Lexus as well. They earned my trust not only with their work quality, good price, friendly reception, but also their honesty. If they can't fix some problems, they won't charge me and also will refer me to who can help. Highly recommend.
Very helpful. Too busy to fix my issue but referred me to someone good ( specialist auto electrician) who did, quickly. I have 4 cars serviced here and they’re great. Honest and professional.
Bad customer service. Only asking for a quote it takes ages and never coming back to me.
