Wembley Autocare have looked after our cars for years now and we’ve always received great service at a reasonable price. This week, they really helped us out, as our car had broken down unexpectedly, just before an international travel. As I explained the situation, they freed up time for me to stop by with the car and were able to solve it within the day. Wembley Autocare really stepped up and helped us out massively!
Have been coming here for several years and have always received good, honest service. Highly recommend.
Another great experience at Wembley Autocare over the weekend. Late afternoon issue with my car on Friday. Call to Bree had me booked in to see Paul first thing Monday morning to diagnose the problem. Over the weekend my son’s car also required attention. Originally quoted one price, but the final cost ended up being almost double without any prior communication or approval, which was very disappointing. What made the experience worse was that several basic items listed in the service, such as interior vacuuming and cleaning the front/rear windows, were clearly not done at all. The front desk communication was also quite impatient and made customers feel uncomfortable rather than welcomed. Overall, very poor experience for the price charged. UPDATE: To their credit, they reached out, followed up, apologised, and replaced the key at their cost. The issue has now been resolved. Moira and Bree were both lovely and very apologetic. I really appreciate them taking responsibility and sorting it out. ORIGINAL REVIEW: They returned my car with a broken key and then got defensive when I raised it.
