I had a really disappointing experience here. Despite the ladies at the front desk being pleasant to speak to, I came in for a simple issue with my Golf; an oil change and a throttle body clean and left with an invoice recommending over $4,000 worth of ‘urgent’ work. This included front and rear brake pads and rotors, even though my brake pads were replaced only a few months ago. The team at Wembley Autocare are super professional, affordable, and just plain nice. I came in with a broken rear view mirror and they fixed it right away and with no fuss. I was a repeat customer already, but this put them over the top for me… really excellent customer service. Thank you!
I cannot recommend this company highly enough.. Bree & Isabelle on the front desk were caring & helpful when I explained I was a carer for my elderly & ailing parents. The repairs were completed quickly & their mechanic also fixed another minor issue at no charge.. I will definitely be using them again & also refer them to anyone needing mechanical services ☺️
