We have been using AlignHand for our short term rental for several months and it has been an absolute pleasure! I'm quite confused about the amazing reviews since dealing with them has been an incredibly frustrating process. Please pass on my thanks to Genie; I really appreciate her effort. However, her working alone for 7 1/2 hours wasn't very efficient – it's too long for one person. My bathroom cabinets were overlooked, and I believe I should have stuck with a deep cleaning. I found this company on Google Maps to use for some general housekeeping because they had great reviews. The owner is very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I came home to a very clean and organized home and I’m excited for them to come again this week so I can have a clean home for my birthday.
I loved everything about their service! I appreciate Grace for taking the time to explain everything in great detail over the phone, and following up in a timely manner. They sent over Terrance who was very respectful, and did quality work! I’m very satisfied, and am definitely going to call again when needed, and recommend them to my friends and colleagues. Thank you!
So easy to use! Easy to change bookings or reschedule and cleaners are always so professional, on time and do such a great job! Can’t recommend them enough!
