We are very pleased with Welton Pool&Spa and thankful we decided to go with this company. Serena helped us with all our questions and explanations, communication was great from the very beginning, thru installation and after. Big thank you for the installers too, they were great! We actually got it all done sooner than we thought. We always felt comfortable thru the whole process and now we are enjoying our beautiful hot tub! Thank you for great service!

Timely and overall excellent service!! Welton has been available for questions and troubleshooting along the way...they even came out and corrected the chemicals and cleaned the spa when we had some difficulty after setup. Absolutely awesome company with great people! Highly recommend!

excellent service and quality products
I just had my $8,000 like new 2018 spa moved by Welton Pool & Spas Inc and it turned into a wreck. I asked the mover not to pry under the decorative paneling yet he ignored me and broke one of the side panels. His reply, without apologizing, was "I'll JB weld it". Sorry, but when I'm paying $625 to do a simple move, I expect professionalism to go with it. BTW, I did all the prep work and disconnected everything electrically, wrapped the spa and removed obstacles such as a gate and light fixture. All the movers did was break ... read more
Great local spa company. Noah and Ambra were professional from the start of the sale to delivery. Their showroom has so many beautiful spas. Very affordable and the service was impeccable. Customer for life!
