Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this firm and would encourage others to thoroughly investigate any debt they are attempting to collect before responding.
This office clearly does a poor job of communicating in hopes you will miss a court date, payment, or something else that comes with a financial penalty to get more money out of you. There should honestly be a class action lawsuit against them for purposely trying to withhold information so ensure a mistake so you have to pay more pendant or even have a warrant issued for your arrest
