Bought a chair. Falling apart... Hon won't stand behind it except for the lift cylindar. I have requested a replacement 3 times. 3 times, the manager told me he'd get it ordered. 3 times, no cylindar I'd not buy something from them. They don't stand behind their stuff and don't follow through with promises made.
