Welter has turned a 15’ x 15’ addition with small deck from a contracted 4-6 week project into a 14 month project from hell. Roger Welter and his PM Zach did an amazing job on my deck project. They effectively estimated the project while managing the budget and timeline, no surprises there. The workmanship was excellent and the whole Welter team was friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks Roger & Zach, I will definitely call again for future projects!
