Avoid. Absolutely sucks at taxes. After using his service, I was audited by the IRS for the first time in my life. I was also told that I underpaid even though I followed Brian's instructions exactly and paid the amount he instructed me to. I had to pay additional taxes, and it wasn't a small amount, either. I'm an "easy" case, it's hard to even imagine how he messed up so badly. Also not a pleasant guy; whenever you reach out to him, he acts like he's so busy and you're a bother. Walked-in, as described in the website; after a 40 minute drive with a newborn. He appeared annoyed when we walked in, told us “you’ll have to wait a minute.” Later asked if our taxes were “simple” and when we told him it required some work, he proceeded to say “go file an extension and come back in a couple of months, I don’t have the time right now.” The message and presentation were rude and dismissive, and unhelpful.
