I have had my Seat car serviced and MOT 'd with VWS more than once. I am very happy with the service they provide. They are prompt to reply, professional and I have been very happy with the results of their services. They have provided advice on interval repairs and they have not tried to "sell up" on any advisories that have cropped up. Their pricing is much better than main dealers and I feel I am getting the equivalent service. Will be using again.
Having worked in the Automotive (component) industry all my working life with an understanding of both Main dealers and Independent garages, I have to say that Welsh VW/Audi/Mercedes specialists are a great garage to deal with. They are friendly, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and probably more importantly honest and trustworthy ….. would thoroughly recommend these guys.
I wouldn’t even waste your time taking your car anywhere else but here. The lads here are outstanding and no issue is too big or too small - They helped to get the steering rack fixed on my A4 and the car is driving beautifully now. Thanks again guys :)
Genuine, efficient and friendly. The price was fair and the service was outstanding. Will be going back for any and all problems to be fixed in the future. Highly highly recommend.
it’s the first time i have used a garage other than main dealership and the transporter was returned after fitting new turbos and timing belt the engine compartment clean and no oil all over the compartment and the drivers wheel also clean and without oil all over the place this is a first for me excellent service and i will be using them again in the very near future credit where credit is due
