Andrew is very diesel minded and knowledgeable. Good turn around time.
Seemed very nice, personable and knowledgeable when we met, diagnosed my issue(s) made recommendations. We both agreed after i got back from my trip to give him a call and we’d go from there then once i got back i called multiple times, emailed multiple times etc and got ignored, still haven't heard back a month and half later so had to do my repairs myself. Probably wouldn't have cared much if he just told me he was busy or full instead of just flat out ignoring me.
Spoke to Andrew about some issues I was having with my 6.7L powerstroke, I came in that same day to drop it off, contacted me 2 days later saying the truck was done, definitely experienced at what he does, very happy with the services he provided for me and I will definitely be coming back in the future.
I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to share this experience. I accidentally put gasoline in my diesel truck while on an important call — a huge mistake. I had it towed to the dealership where I usually go, and the estimate to fix it was between $5,400 to $14,000. I was devastated. Thankfully, I called Welsh Diesel Repair for a second opinion.
