Highly recommend Andrew Welsh at Welsh Diesel in Havelock, NC. I brought my Ford F-350 diesel to him with a clogged DPF after the dealership quoted me over $10,000 for repairs. Seemed very nice, personable and knowledgeable when we met, diagnosed my issue(s) made recommendations. We both agreed after i got back from my trip to give him a call and we’d go from there then once i got back i called multiple times, emailed multiple times etc and got ignored, still haven't heard back a month and half later so had to do my repairs myself. Probably wouldn't have cared much if he just told me he was busy or full instead of just flat out ignoring me.
