Had a carpark door incident on my lexus IS350. Swung by for a quick quote on one sunday roadtrip, and this Milan gentleman got the whole thing actually sorted on the spot ! Very understanding, values time (downtime), & easy to communicate. Even fixed another dent toward the rear for free which i hadn't noticed. (Probably a late hit in recent days). I cannot fault their customer service or service at all. Milan and his wife were incredible throughout the whole service. From coming out to see us to provide us a quote one evening to providing professional and friendly service throughout. The team did a full detail and removed dents from the roof of the car and the result was amazing. I Loved picking up my car today looking and smelling like it would if I had just purchased it! Thanks again for your great and very quick turnaround!
