Welmer and his team did an incredible job with our floors. They both restored some old floors and installed new ones. The floors look amazing! Welmer did such a great job and the house was so clean afterwards. You would have never known that we just had major work done on the house.
Welmer and his crew absolutely knocked it out of the park in our late 1800s row home. They were efficient, clean, patient with our barking dog, and very respectful of our space. They removed multiple layers of flooring on top of our original hardwood floors and Welmer had already thought out answers to every question we had about repairs, stains, finishes, etc. Welmer was able to restore our original hardwood, even going out of his way to find new heart pine to patch a couple of spots, and did a new installation of red oak i... read more

I had Mr Cruz give me an estimate on stripping and staining my entire house. The house is from 1954 and the floors looked like it. We bought our house 25 years ago and had a lot of work to complete on it and with all new stain, it looked like the floor was just installed. They were neat, clean, and very professional in their job. The best part was they moved all the furniture. No wait ! One job that was not in their line of work.
