The fellas in here are always very polite, knowledgable and helpful. They are a large hardware store right in the middle of London Fields which is really convenient, and they hold almost anything you or your contractor could require. If you're a bit lost, they are more than happy to come up with a solution. They are never pushy, but just try to solve your problem. Good dudes, boss man has helped me without fail every time, highly recommended.
I asked for an item, i got given a different one. Came back to get it changed with receipt, but he didn't have the one i wanted and even if i said i could wait for next delivery he said would have been too far in time and didn't know how to refund on debit card. So i had to keep the item even if i got given a totally wrong one from what I asked. Staff is incompetent
Can't recommend highly enough! So helpful and friendly.
