I recently visited WellWorks on a work trip as they offer day-passes to the public. This gym is more of a hub due to its size. It is small but has a rack of DB's up to 120lbs, a few quadricep machines, various pectoral and back machines, along with two squat racks with deadlift padding and barbell bench press station. Ample aerobic machines as well. Staff we friendly and inviting. Almost everyone who was exercising also cleaned their equipment after use. Would return!
I have a personal trainer at well works that I see multiple times a week. The place is never overly crowded and everyone is always. Willing to let you work in if you need to. The staff is knowledgeable and is always willing to help you if you need it. The membership cost is very cheap if you take part in the free classes offered to members.
