From the moment I walked in, the service was outstanding. The receptionist was so warm and welcoming, instantly putting me at ease. Everything was handled with such kindness and professionalism. Dr Vasi is the most compassionate, kind, and knowledgable specialist. She took the time to explain various treatment options to me. I felt heard and Dr Vasi respected my decision. Most importantly, she checked in with me and gained my consent at each consult, consent was never assumed and I felt supported at every step of treatment prior to surgery.
