From the moment I walked in, the service was outstanding. The receptionist was so warm and welcoming, instantly putting me at ease. Everything was handled with such kindness and professionalism. Dr Wei was absolutely wonderful – thorough, compassionate, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt listened to, cared for, and completely comfortable throughout the appointment. Truly an exceptional experience from start to finish – I couldn’t recommend this clinic more highly!
Dr Vasi is the most compassionate, kind, and knowledgable specialist. She took the time to explain various treatment options to me. I felt heard and Dr Vasi respected my decision. Most importantly, she checked in with me and gained my consent at each consult, consent was never assumed and I felt supported at every step of treatment prior to surgery. Dr Varsi provided me with the most outstanding treatment from my initial consultation and then throughout my surgery and follow up care. She went above and beyond in order to support me both professionally and emotionally. She is the most competent, kind, capable and caring doctor I have ever come across and I will be forever grateful for everything she did to help me get through a difficult time.
