they do not care about residents. if you complain about something that is a problem they will pretend they care and then give you a quick fix but not solve the problem. after complain n they will act nasty and rude and some maintenance ppl will act like they don’t see you if u complain about them after the fact. I am afraid now to voice any concern as I believe I will be punished for it.
They don't care about you. They will only care about your money. One of the elevators have been down for 2 weeks and they're not bothering to fix it. They close things for renovations but refuse to do anything that is required for the tenants. Do not be fooled by the nice external appearance of the building.
Jennifer at the leasing office helped me with the tour and paperwork for getting my apartment. She made it very easy and she was very helpful. Top notch service, very knowledgeable and friendly.
