If you need help,great staff, don't look any further,I've been here 3 weeks and the help I've gotten here is more than I could've imagined, thank you to each and every single staff member at wellways for taking the time to help me, make me feel comfortable,care for me also,I'm giving this place 100 stars With love always Jen xx
Might be a low risk facility, but high risk for becoming distressed. Receiving unwelcoming comments by middle aged men as a young woman. Completely isolated. Wasn’t fed dinner half the nights I was there. Most of the staff forgot I was there so wasn’t checked on. The psychiatrist was overwhelming and struggled to understand me, like many of the staff. I had so many panic attacks and not one person would bother to check on me. I went to get help and was a complete waste of my time and I felt bad for wasting the staffs time.
