Wellways is the single best institution I've yet discovered when it comes to helping me with mental health. Instead of providing medications, or K10 assessments, or waxing intellectual about some esoteric piece of psychoanalysis, the general philosophy of Wellways seems to be that people have needs that are often unmet, and that something should actually be done to address those unmet needs. A follow up, since Georgia left and Mike is now my 'support' worker, I've met him once, then consistently on sick leave, he forgot one appointment entirely, then apparently was on holidays that was almost 7 weeks ago, no idea where he is? No support, no help, no assistance.
I'll double down on my review since you fake a response! It's a shame people can't give zero stars. Pfft Why bother responding and asking me to get in touch with you?? You already know me from my details?? So why bother? Maybe try using your computer system to look me up?? Learn to communicate! Try using a phone to call people cause Georgia rarely ever did? Fantastic support and communication during the onboarding process.
Where to start, this place has done more damage to the mental health of its staff due to one person and that is the so called Mental Health Coordinator who shall be named as Tanya Hayes. If the spot light is not on her and you do not give into her drama of her personal life then you have no hope. She has many teams under her and takes full credit for their success when she gives one day or two days worth of training and is off on holidays.
