All the staff are absolutely amazing and completely make PARC what it is.. a safe place to heal and educate yourself on mental health and wellness. The staff make you feel really comfortable and completely non judgemental. Shoutout to Aaron for putting up with me for 2 weeks😊 You have your own room and are allowed to come and go as long as you let staff know or put it on the whiteboard so they know when to expect you.. you're not locked in like a hospital, which makes it feel a lot more comfortable. Couldn't recommend this place enough. It is such a calm and welcoming environment. All the staff are so down to earth compassionate and encouraging. The meditations were my favourite.

The staff are such genuine and authentic souls. They really do care and want the best for you. I’m so grateful for this place; the rooms they give us, the beautiful meals they cook and the work that they do all-round. PARC is very special place ❤️
