I just stayed a t parc for two weeks for insomnia and trauma etc.The staff were amazing and so unferstanding!The groups were great and taught me how to deal with life in different situations!It was so peaceful and a calm place to be!The wind down meditation was so good!And getting stuck back into my art was good also!Thank you too all the patient staff with me!Would highly reccomend to telax and clear your mind etc Thanks too everyone there!And the groups taught me so muvh also!Thanks to everybody there!Would highly reccomen... read more

I've been a client for a very long time 5+ yrs. The staff across the board are amazing, supportive, friendly and extremely understanding. My favourite part of PARC is the groups where you can learn new strategies for your mental health alongside groups for art, cooking or a walk to the cafe. The staff have seen me in various states of mental health crisis and never made me feel less of a person and even handling my manic episodes. All the staff are absolutely amazing and completely make PARC what it is.. a safe place to heal and educate yourself on mental health and wellness. The staff make you feel really comfortable and completely non judgemental. Shoutout to Aaron for putting up with me for 2 weeks😊 You have your own room and are allowed to come and go as long as you let staff know or put it on the whiteboard so they know when to expect you.. you're not locked in like a hospital, which makes it feel a lot more comfortable. Couldn't recommend this place enough. It is such a calm and welcoming environment. All the staff are so down to earth compassionate and encouraging. The meditations were my favourite.
