2 weeks trying to speak with this office. 4 calls today. Nothing but terminated calls. The staff in the call centre are rude as hell and will speak over you, ignore what you say and put you on hold while you're trying to speak. They are totally incompetent, they don't speak at all upon answering the phone, then pretend to transfer but instead put you on hold for a minute then call ended.
