Unreliable and dreadful at communication. I understand that things happen and staff can't always make appointments, but at least notify me that my case worker is unavailable. So many times I had nobody show up - no call, no explanation. If a worker is unavailable, the organisation must contact the client so they don't feel alone and forgotten.
