Thought i had a helpful stay there. Until i realised if you leave and go home and come back some staff will assume you are on drugs whilst other patients blame and accuse others of stealing. One patient during my stay was obviously using heroin as other patients complained of the smell yet they were not scolded. I was told they were happy with my stay and that i could return. This place all I can say is trully 5 star out of 5. My partner was in there for 4 weeks and she was looked after and cared for. She got the help she needed and the staff are trully amazing. It is not just a work place for them they really care. I’m so glad my partner went there and came back home so much better. I’m forever so great full to parc for the care they give ❤️❤️ a big thank you to all the workers there you all truly amazing ❤️❤️

The staff at PARC (Wellways) Broadmeadows do not get paid enough for the amazing work they do. Staying in PARC for the four weeks helped me get my life back on track. All the staff are amazing, but especially Phoebe, who as my key worker at the time. She showed genuine patience and compassion for my mental health and I can not thank her enough.
