Dishonest. They push clients on to other organisations that don't get government funding and expect them to provide free services to their clients while they collect the funding!
It's like trying to discuss a serious problem with a 5 year old child They cannot cope with complex issues and serious problems They sounded helpful but folded as soon as they met an obstructive government department. they have made my mental health condition worse
Been waiting for over 8 months for help with an add diagnosis but nothing..my mental health has gotten worse.. just forgotten about & they just don't care... Go elsewhere for your mental health needs
