Fix your tools so you show proper credit please . My company required this year that my spouse and I complete a 20 minute course though Cafewell to “earn” a $850 credit to my HSA. I completed the course and a week later, one unanswered email and two customer service calls (totaling 75 minutes) I still don’t have credit. That’s my money held hostage.

Still waiting on gift cards that I ordered in February and we're "lost" in the mail. I have literally been emailing them daily to get staus updates. They said my gift cards were being mailed out last friday, I called today (Wednesday) and they haven't even left their office yet. And it's too much for me to ask to get Saturday delivery since I work during the day?? Poor customer service if you ask me! I've been waiting 2 months already!
