If I could give a zero or negative I would. My mom is 84 years old. We have sent messages that are SUPPOSED TO be responded to in 24-48 hours And NOTHING!!! Then when they say the doctor will respond ASAP, which I guess means AS SLOW AS POSSIBLE. They systems are HORRIBLE
