Wonderful place to live, love the gym in the snack machine they are a gated community which is a plus, ask for Shilah she is amazing!
I want to write this to save trouble for future month to month renters. This is a fraudulent company. They operate in an underhanded way. I first booked my apartment through booking.com after reading the bad reviews and problems I canceled I was then contacted by Eduardo Monk who offered month to month deal and stated it is better to go through H4N than rebook with booking. Came by for a tour visit at wellstone apartments to seek a new home and Shilah was very helpful showing me the beautiful property and was attentative to detail. Applied for a unit and hopeful to get accepted as I desire to stay in Wellstone as my new home.
I worked with Shilah Miller. It was a very pleasant experience, she was very informative and upfront with all the information. As a first time renter I felt I was in excellent hands and really appreciated all of her support. She provided all documents and requirements and made it possible to move in within seventy two hours. Nice location.
There are so many other places to live for much cheaper. Even studio apartments are grossly overpriced for the quality. Forget about signing a lease for any less than 6 months. They will take your base rent charge and add over $400 to it. I couldn’t count the amount of complaints I’ve heard about the new Managment from other residents on both hands! If you are military (I know it’s close to base) do not move here. I’d rather live in the barracks.
