The front office does not EVER answer the phone or any other contact method. The upstairs neighbors have been blasting music, screaming, running and making it impossible to sleep for the past week. We’ve had to stay at other peoples places to sleep. If you want any sleep or the management to give a sh** about you DONT even consider here.
DO NOT MOVE HERE My husband and I lived here and the experience was subpar at best. You can never get in touch with anyone and anytime you need maintenance done.. good luck. The real kicker though was that each month we were being overcharged rent and basically being stolen from. We then terminated our lease and moved into on base housing. After we left we were issued a check with all the money that was wrongfully taken from us- great right! NOPE. Now we are being told that we are in collections and owe them money. Military folks, I’m telling you, if you get orders and need to terminate your lease, they won’t refund any of your deposit. On top of that, they’ll charge you for the extra time you’re not even staying there. Even you just pay and they’ll tell you everything’s fine and you’re good to go, but while you’re deployed, they’ll send out a new bill and put you in collection for $100 without you knowing. When you get back from deployment, you’ll have quite the surprise waiting. Stay away!
