Military folks, I’m telling you, if you get orders and need to terminate your lease, they won’t refund any of your deposit. On top of that, they’ll charge you for the extra time you’re not even staying there. Even you just pay and they’ll tell you everything’s fine and you’re good to go, but while you’re deployed, they’ll send out a new bill and put you in collection for $100 without you knowing. When you get back from deployment, you’ll have quite the surprise waiting. Stay away!

I love living here! Parking is reasonably priced, the property staff is very nice, work orders get done quick as well. Shilah has also been helpful consistently since I've moved here!

Communication was excellent during Christmas Holiday block leave and she were always available to answer questions. Renting felt stress-free thanks to their support.
