We moved my Dad to The Wellstead of Rogers in Dec. of '21 because he needed advanced memory care. My Dad entered hospice whilst in their care and died a few months later. Every aspect of care was top notch with few exceptions. They often lost clothing but that, I've since learned is part of memory care. Sometimes the staff were overwhelmed so staffing could have been better but then it was during the Covid peak. The setting of The Wellstead & Diamondcrest is pleasing with ponds, trees and a gazebo. The care of the Residents is very kind and compassionate. The Reception staff are welcoming. The kitchen servers are attentive and aim to please. Activities are the most enjoyable with a variety of things to do. The new bus is able to take us to the community to enjoy fun trips and shopping!
I like the fact that I can live independently in my own apartment. The residents and staff are very nice and helpful. I love when musicians perform here, too!
I live in Diamondcrest and receive good care. Being taken care of so well brings me joy! I love the staff!
Whenever I come to The Wellstread I am greeted as if I am among the best of friends. The stellar leadership has created a place of care at a level no less than excellence. We are proud to partner with such a sensational community. The campus even boasts a lovely venue for any kind of celebration you can dream of. This is a definite must see!
