I have been treated at the Physical Rehab department for some time as a result of being hit buy a car as a pedestrian in Sept 2025. The front desk staff are always welcoming, smiling and helpful. My therapist Travis Lewek is the best I have ever had and I have had therapy a number of times as an active almost 80 year old! I can't recommend the Vinings healthpark physical rehab folks high enough and especially Travis!
Front desk experience was superbly attentive.
Never had a terrible experience until today!! This in Specifically for Dr. Christopher F Stanke suite 204 his front desk staff and supervisor is horrible. They offered me and earlier appointment I accepted, my appointment was at 8:30am I arrived around 8:45 yes I aware of the 15min grace period. However this huge wide back lazy black lady checked me in giving off a weird vibe as if I was an inconvenience to her. Every single person employed at this location welcomed us, guided us, and tested us as if we were the most important people in the building. The friendliness as of professionalism put our minds at ease and we sailed through her procedure that day like a boss.
