Zero help when you’re sick and need immediate relief. Receptionist and nurse were not friendly. Doctor was nice but prescribed a steroid that gave me horrible side effects. When I called back to ask to change the medication, they said they couldn’t do that. Don’t waste your money there!
Quick and efficient was able to take care of my wife efficiently with love and respect
I have been a patient of Wellstar for over a decade and was truly disappointed in the lack of care and empathy expressed by Abby at the front desk of my cardiologist (reason for 1 star). Thank God for running into the manager and supervisor who were able to reschedule me immediately and changed my mind about finding a new practice.
