The staff are mostly friendly the Doctors and Nurses are more friendly I get to ask questions and get answers to them they have treated my husband and I well giving my husband the attention a patient needs so I am grateful for that
I have been calling since the 6th. Keep getting this lady Kathy. She acts if she is so annoyed. Long sighs when u call. I have simply been trying to reschedule for a sooner appt if possible. Was told one thing after my procedure and then another by the scheduler. I swear Healthcare is so scary in America!!! Well star is very low tier 😕. ER HAD TO ADMINISTER MY IV IN THE HALLS. IT WAS HOURS BEFORE BEING ADMITTED. CRAZY! I RATHER DRIVE TO TANNER OR NORTHSIDE.
